Real Estate and architectural Photography is an important sales tool for us Seattle real estate agents. Great real estate photography attracts more buyers, and shows more than just rooms with furniture. We try to mix styles showing both in home accents, as well as traditional real estate style photography. Using a mix of lenses, we shoot everything from selective focus, to wide angle with correcting software that really enhances home images. Using multiple exposures is also helpful when you want to balance interior lighting with daylight exteriors showing through windows, also known as HDR photography. All these techniques combine to create great shots.
